The Youth Housing project provides 23 units of affordable, supportive housing for youth between 18-24 years of age, with a special focus on LGBTQ+ youth.

Services:
Transitional housing, case management, mental health counseling
Payment Options:
Residents are required to pay 30% of their income to rent once employed. The remainder is subsidized.
Eligibility:
Homeless as defined by HUD, between the ages of 18-24 at time of application, meet low-income requirements, have a qualifying disability (mental health, chronic substance abuse or HIV/AIDS), must be able to live independently
