SYHC offers no-cost transportation to clinic appointments for registered SYHC patients. Transportation must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Please notify us if you shall need wheelchair assistance. San Ysidro Health Center: Adult Special Needs Dental Clinic at King-Chavez Health Center
The mission of SYHC’s Special Needs Adult Dental Clinic is to provide high-quality dental care services to adult patients with special needs, including Down Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy and other physical and mental disabilities. The Special Needs Adult Dental Clinic serves individuals over 14 years of age who are registered with the San Diego Regional Center.

San Ysidro Health Center: Euclid Family Counseling Center
The San Ysidro Behavioral Health Team is comprised of professionally-trained, experienced, culturally-competent and compassionate staff members who focus on meeting the needs of patients, both, culturally and linguistically. The multi-disciplinary team is comprised of Board Certified Psychiatrists, Licensed Psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Doctoral Psychology Interns and Social Work Interns. Services are provided in both English and Spanish. The Behavioral Health Team is fully integrated into SYHC’s primary care clinics.
