San Diego Youth Services: Teen Options
Our goal is to provide services that will support pregnant and parenting young women (ages 12-17) to gain sobriety and deliver a health, drug-free baby, while increasing their knowledge of child development, parenting and life skills. The Teen Options program works collaboratively with other community partners to ensure that all participants have resources for pre/post-natal health care, education/employment and housing.

McAlister Institute: Adolescent Residential Detox
McAlister Institute offers three gender-specific homes where substance abusing teens can seek up to 21 days of non-medical, residential detox. Multiple confidential locations. Call for more information or to schedule an intake appointment.

East County Adult Detox is located in Lemon Grove and provides short-term, non-medical residential detoxification for men and women experiencing problems with alcohol and other drugs.

McAlister Institute: Perinatal Detox
Perinatal Detox is a short-term, non-medical residential program specifically designed to help pregnant women detox from alcohol and other drugs in a safe, and supportive environment. This program is proud to report 100% drug-free births, and many women go on to receive further treatment and ongoing support at Kiva.
