MAAC Project: Nosotros
MAAC Project Nosotros is a treatment center in Chula Vista, California that primarily focuses on substance abuse services. They also offer career pathways, education, health wellness, and housing. osotros is a multi-level bungalow atop a hill overlooking Chula Vista, and houses up to 17 adult men in a dormitory-style setting. Both communities are licensed by the California State Department of Alcohol & Drug Programs.

Renaissance Treatment Center, Volunteers of America
120 bed multidimensional residential treatment program designed to address the complex issues facing individuals with substance abuse addictions. Individuals seeking recovery will be assessed for treatment needs and placed in one of the following residential options: detoxification (15 days), short (30-90 days) and long term (90-180 days) The program design incorporates effective use of authority, positive role-modeling and reinforcement, problem solving and use of community resources in the delivery of services. This is a non-medical detoxification facility.

The Way Back
The Way Back provides a 27-bed residential facility for male alcoholics. The rehabilitation program includes Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meetings, alcohol education, referral to community resources, and individual, group, and family participation. Independent living is also offered in an 8-bed sober living center (6 months of sobriety required; placement usually follows completion of program at the residential facility).

Al-Anon/Alateen
The purpose of Al-Anon is to help families and friends of alcoholics recover from the effects of living with the problem drinking of a relative or friend. Similarly, Alateen is our recovery program for young people. Alateen groups are sponsored by Al-Anon members.

We have scholarships for graduating high school seniors, college students and adult re-entry students attending four-year universities, community colleges, career/technical schools and graduate schools. Among these, we have several scholarships just for foster youth- including one for foster youth going to graduate school.
