Youth Venture Teen Center: South El Cajon Center
Youth Venture is a community based, Christ centered, guidance program open to all youth between the 6th and 12th grade. The teen center and Skate Park offer adult supervision and friendship, after school and on weekends. Youth Venture, a ministry of Foothills Christian Church, was formed to assist teens in learning the basic principles for successful living found in the Bible, and to help establish significant relationships for those teens with mature adults. Youth Venture serves to support the efforts of parents to instill in their children sound character and sound life goals. Youth Venture seeks to develop a peer group for teens that is drug-free, moral and goal-oriented.

CCS operates the only rape crisis center in the city of San Diego along with a countywide 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline. The nonprofit agency also provides emergency domestic violence shelters, hospital and court accompaniment, as well as legal and counseling services for those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. Through this unique residential program, women are able to find the healing they need while simultaneously continuing to raise their children. The Women and Children’s Center provides long-term treatment to residents while incorporating Biblical principles into their lives, leading to lasting, transformative change.

San Diego Rescue Mission: Men’s Center
San Diego Rescue Mission meets the critical, diverse needs of homeless, poor and/or addicted men through our 12-month residential rehabilitation program, providing the tools, training and support to permanently transform their lives. At the very center of this state-licensed recovery program is the beginning and/or strengthening of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Emergency shelters and transitional living centers provide housing, food, and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to those in need.
