College Area Pregnancy Services (CAPS)-Pacific Beach Location

If you have recently taken a pregnancy test or missed a period, you might be worried about an unplanned pregnancy. The best way to confirm your pregnancy is to have a medical quality pregnancy test verified by a nurse and a confidential ultrasound exam. At CAPS, you will not experience pressure, just caring help. We are here to help you consider all your options and get all the facts.

Fallbrook Family Health Center

Services are offered to the uninsured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent. Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.

Imperial Beach Health Center

Imperial Beach Health Center offers comprehensive primary health care. Our clinical staff includes board certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, a certified nurse midwife, registered nurses, a registered dietician, clinical psychologists, and mental health counselors.

Julian Medical Clinic

Reminiscent of a traditional general medicine practice, the Julian Medical Clinic is a family-practice office that puts a special emphasis on service and small-town friendliness. Located in the historic district of Julian just west of the Town Hall, the clinic serves the population of Julian as well as surrounding communities such as Lake Cuyamaca, Wynola and Santa Ysabel.

La Maestra Community Health Center-Mobile Clinic

La Maestra has purchased a new Mobile Clinic to provide medical, dental and other health and well-being services to elementary and middle school students in San Diego. Our new 40-foot mobile clinic features two dental chairs and one medical exam room. The La Maestra Mobile Clinic is an important resource in addressing the medical and dental needs of children in the San Diego area.
