2nd Avenue Transitional Housing For Single Men, San Diego Rescue Mission
Transitional Housing for single men for up to 24 months. Clients must be earning a permanent taxable income and be willing to complete thirty hours per week of work, school, or other structured activity in the community. Clients are required to pay a bed fee of 30% of their income and to save 30% of their income on a monthly basis.
Clients also participate in intensive weekly case management.

Mental Health Counseling – San Diego Rescue Mission
Psychotherapy Center provides free, quality counseling to individuals, families, children and couples who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or unable to afford therapy.

Independent Livings are privately-owned multi-unit complexes or homes which provide housing for adults with mental illness and others who may benefit from the structure and fellowship of a shared housing environment.

St. Vincent de Paul Village Transitional Housing
St. Vincent de Paul Village saves lives, inspires lives and changes the lives of our neighbors in need in the largest one-stop center in the region offering a comprehensive continuum of housing and services with no wrong door of entry or exit. The Village is located on a 3.5-block campus in the East Village neighborhood of downtown San Diego and serves families with children, single women, and single men including chronically homeless individuals, veterans and people living with addiction and/or mental illness. Providing 41 percent of all available transitional housing beds in the city of San Diego on a nightly basis, the Village is the largest residential homeless services provider in the city. The Village also manages 362 units of Permanent Supportive Housing providing people with a permanent solution to homelessness.

Salvation Army: Transitional Living Program
The Salvation Army’s transitional living centers provide housing, food, and overnight lodging for varying amounts of time to those in need. In addition, they provide educational, counseling and vocational services to homeless, destitute individuals and families, and youth where family care is undesirable or unavailable.

Founded in 1969, Center for Community Solutions (CCS) helps more than 10,000 adults and children each year to heal and prevent relationship and sexual violence. CCS operates the only rape crisis center in the city of San Diego along with a countywide 24-hour bilingual crisis helpline. The nonprofit agency also provides emergency domestic violence shelters, hospital and court accompaniment, as well as legal and counseling services for those affected by domestic violence and sexual assault. CCS also works with local community groups and schools to provide innovative prevention programs to promote healthy relationships and peaceful communities.

San Diego Rescue Mission: Women and Children’s Center
Through this unique residential program, women are able to find the healing they need while simultaneously continuing to raise their children. The Women and Children’s Center provides long-term treatment to residents while incorporating Biblical principles into their lives, leading to lasting, transformative change.

San Diego Rescue Mission meets the critical, diverse needs of homeless, poor and/or addicted men through our 12-month residential rehabilitation program, providing the tools, training and support to permanently transform their lives. At the very center of this state-licensed recovery program is the beginning and/or strengthening of their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
