San Ysidro Health Center
San Ysidro Health Center (SYHC) is a non-profit organization fully committed to providing the highest quality, most compassionate, easily accessible and affordable health care services for the entire family. SYHC offers no-cost transportation to clinic appointments for registered SYHC patients. Transportation must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Please notify us if you shall need wheelchair assistance. Julian Medical Clinic
Reminiscent of a traditional general medicine practice, the Julian Medical Clinic is a family-practice office that puts a special emphasis on service and small-town friendliness. Located in the historic district of Julian just west of the Town Hall, the clinic serves the population of Julian as well as surrounding communities such as Lake Cuyamaca, Wynola and Santa Ysabel.

La Maestra Family Wellness Unit
The Family Wellness Unit is Mental and Behavioral Health Services component of La Maestra Family Clinic. La Maestra’s Family Wellness Unit (FWU) began providing services in 2004. The objective of the FWU is to provide linguistically and culturally competent mental and behavioral health services focused on community education, prevention and early intervention and treatment, and to overcome stigmas and dispel myths of mental illness. The FWU is staffed with Marriage and Family Therapists, a licensed psychologist, psychiatrists, MFT interns, and Patient Services Representatives, who are culturally representative of the targeted patient population and are fluent in Spanish, Sudanese, in addition to English.

YMCA: Oz San Diego
YMCA Oz San Diego is an intensive two week residential treatment program for youth ages 12-17. While in treatment, youth attend counseling sessions and engage in daily enrichment and recreational activities. Upon completion of the residential treatment program, the youth and family are able to return for 8 family therapy aftercare sessions. The program is based on positive youth development, focusing on youth strengths and the development of coping, communication, and life skills.

Centro Medico El Cajon
Serving the large East County communities of El Cajon, Lakeside and Santee, Centro Medico El Cajon is open seven days a week and is conveniently located in newly renovated offices immediately off Interstate 8 on Magnolia Avenue. Our dedicated staff provides a full range of health-care services, including family health, internal medicine and several specialties. Urgent care is available weekday evenings and weekends.

Centro Medico Escondido
Known for its relaxed family atmosphere, Centro Medico-Escondido has had a loyal patient following since 1993, when Dr. Alfredo Ratniewski opened the practice in what had been a small house at Second and Broadway. In 1999, a library expansion in central Escondido prompted the clinic to move to its present location in a shopping center at the corner of Washington Avenue and Ash Street, where it has flourished ever since. The clinic staff strives to give patients the personal care and attention they deserve. Se habla Espanol.
