McAlister Institute: Perinatal Detox

Perinatal Detox is a short-term, non-medical residential program specifically designed to help pregnant women detox from alcohol and other drugs in a safe, and supportive environment. This program is proud to report 100% drug-free births, and many women go on to receive further treatment and ongoing support at Kiva.

Kiva is a long-term residential treatment program for women, with and without children, who are seeking help for alcohol and other drug addiction.

Vista Community Clinic-Vale Terrace

We offer high quality, low-cost primary health care at five state-of-the-art clinic sites. For your convenience we offer extended evening and weekend hours, same day appointments, pharmacy and laboratory services on-site, and free door to door transportation.Our board-certified or board-eligible medical doctors, physician assistants and nurse practitioners serve all members of the community, regardless of insurance status. Uninsured patients can receive help in enrolling in insurance or may be eligible to pay on a sliding fee scale.

Phoenix House Teen Recovery Center

Located on the North Coast of San Diego County, we offer comprehensive substance abuse and mental health outpatient services, as well as an intensive outpatient treatment program for teens ages 12 to 17.

Mental Health Systems: Teen Recovery Center

MHS Teen Recovery Center (TRC) provides outpatient substance abuse services to adolescents, offering counseling, education and support. All our services are appropriate to the level of care necessary for our young clients to successfully address their issues.

Sovereign Health Adolescent Program

The Adolescent Program offers treatment to help our young patients with adolescent addiction, coexisting conditions and mental health and wellness. Each teen is given a psychiatric consultation and, when necessary, a substance abuse assessment before being given a customized program meant to treat their specific problem(s).The adolescent program at Sovereign Health Rancho San Diego also provides educational opportunities to help your teen keep up or finish their education. The Sovereign Health Adolescent Program offers treatment programs to adolescents for addiction, mental health and co-occurring conditions. After a thorough assessment of each teen, they are given a customized program in order to best treat them for their specific problem.
