Nestor Community Health Center

Nestor Community Health Center offers comprehensive primary health care. Our clinical staff includes board certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, a certified nurse midwife, registered nurses, a registered dietician, clinical psychologists, and mental health counselors.

Julian Medical Clinic

Reminiscent of a traditional general medicine practice, the Julian Medical Clinic is a family-practice office that puts a special emphasis on service and small-town friendliness. Located in the historic district of Julian just west of the Town Hall, the clinic serves the population of Julian as well as surrounding communities such as Lake Cuyamaca, Wynola and Santa Ysabel.

HIV Coordinated Services Center

Family Health Centers of San Diego is the largest provider of comprehensive HIV prevention, outreach, education, testing and support services in San Diego County including clean syringe exchange, comprehensive risk counseling, diagnostic and medical services, free HIV testing and counseling, gay men’s health services, HIV case management, individual and group education, In the Mix-Services for young gay men of color, mental health, peer advocacy, Steps to Change- support and services for IDUs, and transgender health services including case management, hormone therapy, and counseling.

Just in Time for Foster Youth: Basic Needs Program

Receive resources and advice on practical matters such as budgeting, smart decision-making, and creating a savings plan to avoid future financial emergencies.
