Emergency Services Case Management provides comprehensive case management services to the homeless population, low income families and single adults. It serves to foster client self-actualization and provide them with the tools and resources to achieve self-sufficiency.

Rachel’s Night Shelter exists to provide supportive, safe, and sober emergency, short-term, and mid-term shelter for homeless women.

Dreams for Change: Safe Parking Program-Balboa Avenue Lot

The Safe Parking Program provides a safe parking environment and supportive services for transitional homeless living in their vehicles for overnight stays. Family advocates construct an action plan with each participant placing emphasis on permanent housing solutions, employment, training, emergency supports and asset stabilization and building.

Fallbrook Family Health Center

Services are offered to the uninsured and under-insured, the working poor, those with limited ability to pay, the homeless, and the indigent. Services are provided at discounted (sliding fee scale) rates for those who qualify based on gross annual income and family size.

Imperial Beach Health Center

Imperial Beach Health Center offers comprehensive primary health care. Our clinical staff includes board certified physicians, family nurse practitioners, a certified nurse midwife, registered nurses, a registered dietician, clinical psychologists, and mental health counselors.
