The Parolee Partnership Program provides 6 months of intensive case management and recovery services to ex-offenders and parolees at risk of continuing their alcohol and/or drug abuse.

Services:
Early intervention, in-prison and Proposition 36 assessment, development of a recovery plan, referral to appropriate residential or outpatient services, ongoing support and monitoring of treatment progress, and development of a transition plan for reentry into the community
