Psycho-education, case management, mentoring, individual/family psychotherapy, education and employment support, occupational therapy, medication management, and nursing services
Payment Options:
Funded through San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency and Mental Health Services Act.
Eligibility:
Ages 10-25 who present with risk factors/symptoms of a severe mental illness.
